MOA between NHA and Pag-IBIG Fund shall fund the cost of upgrading; TCT of housing unit (lot) to be turned over to Pag-IBIG Fund with NHA to hold 2nd Mortgage on the property. Beneficiary shall amortize the original price of house and lot with NHA; at the same time beneficiary shall amortize the price of upgrading with Pag- IBIG Fund.

MOA between NHA and Pag-IBIG Fund under which Pag-IBIG Fund shall be pay in-full the balance of the original price of house and lot (i.e., take out or original mortgage with NHA); TCT of property to be turned over to Pag-IBIG Fund; Beneficiary to amortize with Pag-IBIG Fund the total amount of: (1) balance of the original price of the house and lot and (2) Price of upgrading the housing unit.
